Financial Data and Projections
Based on research and investigation into the financial aspects
of the set up procedures, a list of costs was formulated [Appendix
1]. These costs allowed a budget projection to be established,
outlining total costs, total income, and additional revenue.
Employment expenditure is based on three office employees
paid on a full time wage, costing a total of $7,500 a month,
as well as seven computer-trainers paid on part time wages,
costing a total of $5833 per month.
The budget outlines a first year expenditure projection of
$316,261 and $279,881 for every year following. To attain
the financial objective of net operating income to be $340,096
by 2010, each of the seven computer-training employees must
attend to twenty clients per week, charging $50 for each lesson.
This profit also includes the sponsorships of computing companies,
being $10,000 each year. The profit objective is also shown
through the profit outlook in Appendix 7.
By 2010, the net marketing contribution of the total expenditure
will be $119,250. Also shown through the budget, this will
be spent on signage space and printing, vehicle signage, brochure
and flyer printing, and leaflet distributing.
